Perform outreach to members via phone, providing support with care plan next steps and resource connections Serve as the first point of contact for member and provider inquiries, explaining care plan procedures and protocols Document and maintain non-clinical member records in compliance with state and regulatory requirements Assist with member onboarding by sending welcome letters and educational materials Handle 80-100 calls per week, including both outbound and inbound communications What is Required (Qualifications)
Must have a High School diploma or GED Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in a healthcare or administrative role Strong communication skills for effective member interaction Ability to work independently in a remote environment Knowledge of health plan activities and community resources How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
