Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service. Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire pressure monitoring systems, product specifications, seasonality; uses Point of Sale systems and in-person selling techniques. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training. Be an Owner: Tracks equipment, tools, and supplies needs; manages returns and special orders; operates cash registers; maintains inventory accuracy; reports safety hazards and issues; ensures merchandise is packaged and stored per company policies; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Serves as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, inspires others, and supports a respectful, team-oriented work environment. Complies with company policies and ethics by applying related action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily operations. Respect the Individual: Fosters an inclusive workplace, builds belonging, and helps associates thrive. Act with Integrity: Maintains integrity and ethics, holds self and others accountable, and supports Walmart’s goal of responsible business practices.
