Office Manager / Executive Assistant . This position is ideal for a polished, self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The role combines high-level executive support with hands-on office management and project coordination responsibilities. Position Overview The Executive Assistant / Office Manager will provide direct support to the firm’s team, while ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations. This individual will serve as the central administrative resource, managing executive calendars, travel, events, and communications, as well as overseeing facilities, vendors, and office logistics. This is a highly visible, key support role within a growing firm, offering broad exposure to every level of the organization. Due to the nature of the role, it is 100% onsite in the firm’s Uptown Dallas office. Key Responsibilities
Office Management
– Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. Act as primary contact for property management, IT vendors, and service providers. Manage office and kitchen supplies, mail distribution, and vendor relationships. Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, setup, and technology needs. Support accounting functions through expense tracking and invoice processing. Executive Support
– Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange detailed domestic and international travel for Managing Partners and investment team. Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and expense reconciliations with precision and confidentiality. Serve as liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Event & Project Support
– Plan and execute events, including on- and off-site investor and Board of Directors' meetings. Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for events. Assist with marketing, project coordination, and other special initiatives as requested. Qualifications
Minimum of
5 years’ experience
supporting C-Suite or Managing Partners in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; some college considered with relevant experience. Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and impeccable attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain composure under pressure. Entrepreneurial, “no job too big or too small” mentality; comfortable in a growing, evolving environment. Seniority level
