Quality Assurance Specialist
in our Viera Campus, Florida to ensure safety, quality, and compliance in behavioral health services.
Position Details Salary:
$20.25 – $23.09 per hour
Location:
Viera Campus, Viera, Florida – field based
Employment type:

Responsibilities
Implement overall Risk/Quality Management and Compliance program.
Conduct risk management, incident reporting, investigations, and compliance data collection & analysis.
Coordinate internal and external monitoring activities.
Act as liaison between Devereux and external agencies (Department of Children and Families, AHCA, local police).
Work independently under network policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Education:
High School or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in tracking/monitoring of quality and compliance in case records preferred.
In‑depth knowledge of Medicaid, state and district policies, procedures and requirements.
Proficiency with computer software/programs.
Other Requirements
Must attend a 3‑day orientation (Mon & Wed 9 am‑5 pm).
Valid driver’s license.
Pass pre‑employment medical screenings, including drug screen and TB test.
