What you’ll do
Team Member – collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, and mentor new technicians.
Expert – demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems.
Techie – leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology.
Owner – communicate equipment, tools and supplies needs to lead, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and compliance.
Talent Ambassador – act as a brand advocate, model high‑quality service, inspire others and support training and teamwork.
Compliance – follow company policies, report safety hazards, complete documentation, and implement improvement opportunities.
Respect the Individual – embrace diversity, foster belonging, build trust, and mentor others.
Integrity – maintain high ethical standards, act self‑lessly, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals.
Customer Service – deliver results, prioritize customer experience, and balance short‑ and long‑term priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver's license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry experience.
Retail experience.
