Position Summary We are seeking a Tire and Battery Service Advisor to support our Tire and Battery Center (TBC) team.
Responsibilities
Be a Team Member : Collaborate with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and tasks, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert : Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems. Apply phone and in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Use handheld technology and systems for real‑time business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.
Be an Owner : Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC lead; track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, complete paperwork and logs.
Be a Talent Ambassador : Advocate for members’ experience, model high‑quality service, inspire team members, support training, and promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Act with Integrity : Uphold ethical standards, use the Open Door Policy, support Walmart’s regenerative goals, and maintain transparency and accountability.
Serve Our Customers and Members : Deliver results while putting the customer first, make data‑driven decisions, balance priorities, and consider impact on team and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the auto‑service industry.
Retail experience.
