What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls to and from members in a timely manner
Deliver enthusiastic communication to motivate potential members to utilize services
Collect pertinent member history and triage to the appropriate nurse
Collaborate with an integrated care team to support care coordination
Provide concierge-level service to establish rapport and trust with members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms
Experience in cold calling is preferred
Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment is preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with data entry management and documentation skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability to different member personality types
