Responsibilities
Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, Point of Sale systems, phone and in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to the TBC Lead, tracks returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports complaints, safety hazards, and completes paperwork logs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Brand advocate; models high‑quality service and products; develops, influences, and inspires others; helps with training and fosters a team‑oriented culture.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and executes business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to meet expectations.
