Responsibilities Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire pressure monitoring systems, product specifications, and seasonality; demonstrates knowledge of Point of Sale systems and selling techniques (phone and in-person).
Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology and systems to make decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to leaders; tracks returns and special orders; operates cash registers and processes transactions; maintains inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance; reports complaints, safety hazards, and issues; completes required paperwork and documentation; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience, developing and inspiring others, and modeling respectful, team-oriented service; supports training and removes roadblocks for team members.
Complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards by applying related action plans and operational processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry or retail experience.
