Overview
Continuous Improvement Specialist responsible for monitoring quality, determining root causes, reporting failures, updating procedures/training documents, and providing training to teams and partners.
Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance on current business processes across various departments.
Conduct direct investigations to determine root causes of deficiencies and provide findings to leadership.
Report results of quality reviews to leadership and CMACA (Compliance Monitoring and Corrective Action team).
Monitor velocity of work completed by departments.
Create and update procedures/training materials at least annually to ensure accuracy.
Provide engaging, effective training to teams and business partners as appropriate.
Enable a culture of partnership, accountability, and positive customer experience for internal and external customers.
Collaborate with other QA and Training associates to share best practices.
Complete, pass, and maintain up-to-date status for all positional and company‑required training by assigned due dates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) across all levels.
Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand format.
Prioritization and efficient multi‑tasking skills.
Strong analytical skills, organizational sense, detail‑oriented.
Understanding of the auto account life cycle.
Self‑motivated with a desire to learn and grow skillset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience navigating servicing system of record (Spectrum) and documentation system of record (OnBase).
Understanding of quality assurance, procedural writing, and/or training.
Sub‑prime indirect automotive lending experience.
Additional Information Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: Operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full‑time Monday‑Friday with possible schedule variations.
Travel: Up to 5% travel may be required.
