What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional customer service and waste support to clients via phone, email, or in person

Serve as the advanced escalation contact for customers to resolve complex issues and enhance satisfaction

Manage office services including data entry, clerical work, and documentation preparation

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, process adjustments, and manage invoicing

Collaborate with teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns and needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field

Commitment to customer service with excellent listening skills to understand and resolve customer requests

Extensive knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Laws and Regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer

Ability to read and interpret complex documentation and governmental regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience mentoring junior staff members in customer support roles

Knowledge of advanced accounting processes

Ability to identify trends and data patterns in customer interactions

Familiarity with waste characterization principles and practices

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
