Procurement Specialist role at Mangan Inc. The position focuses on sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials and services for analyzer systems and related project components; collaborative with engineering, production, and finance. Base pay
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for project materials, equipment, and services. Review project requirements and generate purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders. Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and subcontractors. Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and fabrication teams to ensure timely material availability. Track and expedite orders to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier records in the purchasing system. Support vendor qualification and onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific procurement policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and procurement process. Qualifications
5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in industrial, engineering, or analyzer system projects. Strong understanding of project-based purchasing and fabrication workflows. Proficiency in purchasing software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. MS Office at a minimum of intermediate level. Ability to prioritize tasks and assist other peers as needed. Preferred Experience
Background in process analyzer systems, instrumentation, or process control equipment. Familiarity with project documentation and bill of materials (BOMs). Experience coordinating with engineering and field service teams. Seniority level
