Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; adapt to the needs of the business. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate; inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; identify roadblocks and assist in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; supports open communication and applies these in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; manages priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; seeks continuous improvement and adapts to feedback.
