This position is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee that holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions at this location. Responsibilities
Shift Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Key duties include planning each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining safety, security and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals. Requirements
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
