What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the implementation and administration of the compliance program
Assist in maintaining governance and oversight arrangements
Contribute to compliance risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate regulatory risks
Review and update compliance policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness
Manage regulatory engagements and drive the regulatory reporting framework
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of experience in compliance or risk management roles
Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements, including MiFID, SMCR, and others related to e‑money firms
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Professional compliance or finance qualification and membership in a recognized professional body
Experience working at or with cryptocurrency exchanges or fintech companies
