3+ years of experience reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings
3+ years of experience where you analyze and summarize raw data
Experience at Boeing (Nice to have)
Job Description The Quality Production Specialist provides expert guidance in the review and validation of product non‑conformances, quality procedures, and engineering requirements. This role oversees the evaluation of product, process, and operational quality, and contributes to production planning reviews. Leveraging advanced aerospace systems knowledge, the engineer performs forensic and failure analysis, supports root cause investigations, and ensures the accuracy of technical assessments. Key responsibilities include directing corrective and preventive action plans, approving quality planning changes, monitoring verification activities, and producing formal analytical reports. This position operates under general supervision and plays a critical role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
