Join Kickfurther as a Business Development Representative to drive growth by connecting with decision-makers at CPG brands. You’ll leverage curated leads from our outbound team, tradeshows, and referrals to schedule appointments and introduce innovative inventory funding solutions that empower growing businesses. Your strategic outreach and relationship-building skills will fuel our mission to transform CPG financing. Key Responsibilities

Execute targeted (cold call) outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to cold qualified (curated) leads, aiming to secure 5-10 high-quality appointments weekly with CPG decision-makers. Qualify leads by assessing their business goals, inventory challenges, and fit for Kickfurther’s funding solutions. Communicate the unique value of Kickfurther’s inventory financing to address prospect pain points and spark interest. Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for deeper engagement. Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong). Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for appointments booked and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with proven success in cold outreach. Knowledge of the CPG industry or B2B financial solutions is a strong advantage. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
