Job Title: Sales Associate
Responsibilities
Client & Service Expert: Achieves individual sales goals; develops strong product knowledge across all categories; delivers exemplary customer service by providing the kate spade Experience; develops a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.
Building Brand Equity: Understands and communicates the kate spade new york aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle; demonstrates ability to work as part of a team.
Operational Excellence: Executes operational tasks per company directives; processes all POS transactions accurately; adheres to and applies visual directives; ensures store standards are executed daily.
The Accomplished Individual will possess: Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills; prior luxury goods experience preferred; proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize; works well in a team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience in luxury retail or equivalent environment preferred.
Comfortable with standing for extended periods; able to lift up to 40 pounds; able to climb ladders; availability to work store schedule including evenings and weekends.

Work Setup and Compensation Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.50 hourly.
