Client & Service Expert: Achieve individual sales goals, develop strong product knowledge across categories, deliver exemplary customer service, and build personal connections with guests using effective selling skills. Leadership Presence: Achieve personal sales goals, maintain extensive product knowledge, collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture, and initiate in-store events to drive business. Building Brand Equity: Communicate the kate spade new york brand aesthetic and lifestyle to the sales team and customers, build relationships as a brand ambassador, provide client feedback to elevate service and sales, and adhere to company policies with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including handling register funds, deposits, and securing the facility. Qualifications Summary: Strong communication skills, a track record of contributing to an elevated selling culture, and an elevated sense of personal style. Experience Expectations: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Physical and Scheduling Requirements: Availability to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends; standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders. Qualifications

BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 to $19.50 General Description of All Benefits: Health benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance and disability insurance.
