What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling tailored to client needs
Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within designated timeframes
Develop and document treatment plans based on client assessments and diagnoses
Participate in clinical staffing meetings and provide feedback on cases
Document all services provided in compliance with state regulatory and accreditation standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Willingness to become licensed in additional states as needed
Comfortable with providing telehealth services
Expertise in diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health treatment
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting
Experience in developing and evaluating services within mental health programs
Ability to establish effective relationships via telephone and in‑person
Familiarity with supervisory and training techniques in mental health settings
