Job Summary The
Construction Coordinator
supports the execution of
Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) ,
construction management , and
program management
projects across a diverse range of industries including aviation, power generation, oil & gas, commercial, and water infrastructure. This role assists in project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, procurement, and field coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with administration of
project safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, and documentation.
Support the project team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Help execute
prime contracts, downstream contracts, and change orders.
Contribute to project plans including Quality Assurance, Safety & Health, and Procurement Plans.
Coordinate
jobsite mobilization, permitting, and subcontractor pre-qualification.
Assist with
RFP development, bid evaluations, and scope of work documents.
Support project controls functions such as
cost reporting, scheduling, and earned value tracking.
Prepare internal and external reports including
budgets, forecasts, and progress updates.
Participate in risk review meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Conduct project audits on safety, quality, progress, and financial performance.
Manage subcontractor invoicing, documentation, and project closeout records.
Support craft labor onboarding, compliance, and progression tracking.
Analyze and report
labor costs, equipment usage, and crew rates.
Coordinate construction equipment inventory for project completion.
Perform other assigned duties while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in
Construction Management, Engineering , or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
Familiarity with
document control, scheduling, and cost management software.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Prior EPC or infrastructure project coordination experience.
Experience supporting large-scale or multi-disciplinary construction projects.
Background in cost control and scheduling within engineering or energy sectors.
Required Skills
