The Omni Returns team is at the forefront of transforming returns into opportunities. Handling millions of returns annually, the team focuses on minimizing friction, improving sustainability, and driving customer satisfaction. Through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, the team delivers product strategies that support Walmart’s commitment to convenience, service, and value. As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the post-purchase experience across Walmart’s digital and physical channels. You’ll drive innovation in reverse logistics, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies—including AI—to deliver seamless, intelligent return journeys that build trust and maximize customer satisfaction. This role demands strategic vision, operational rigor, and a passion for solving complex problems at scale. What you’ll do

Own and evolve product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business goals. Use analytics to inform decisions, optimize features, and measure impact. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data science to define requirements and prioritize work. Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation to launch using Agile methodologies. Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across all levels. Drive user acceptance testing and ensure delivery meets quality standards. Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process improvements. Influence decision-making through clear, data-backed insights and storytelling. What You’ll Bring

7+ years of product management experience, including roadmap ownership and lifecycle management. Strong analytics skills with experience in data interpretation, performance measurement and data flow. Proven experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or post-purchase product domains. Understanding and/or hands-on experience with the creation of AI technologies and their application in product development. Expertise in Agile practices and iterative product delivery. Ability to define product requirements, write user stories, and lead UAT. Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management, including roadmap ownership and lifecycle management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and integrating accessibility into product development. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines. Primary Location
