Location: Comprehensive Cancer Center, Winston Salem Campus
Shift Schedule: Full time, NIGHTS, 7pm – 7am, 3rd weekend rotation
Residency Program: New Graduate RNs at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist receive supportive training led by dedicated nurse educators, including clinical orientation, specialty‑specific learning, and skill‑building in clinical decision‑making, teamwork, communication, and career development.
Oncology: This unit specializes in leukemia and symptom management. With 40 beds, the unit supports long patient stays, fostering strong relationships with patients and families. It features a well‑developed onboarding process for new staff.

What You’ll Need
New Grad – Less than 1 year RN experience
Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
