Facilities & Operations Admin - MU5200 Job Description
Performs skilled work in maintaining HVAC systems, devices, and controls, including preventive maintenance and repairs. Maintains generators: refueling, checking fluids, testing, and assisting with repairs. Maintains chemical stations for boilers and chillers, troubleshooting controllers, and assisting with chemical delivery. General Duties
Responds to trouble calls to ensure efficient operations. Inspects and maintains water, steam, pneumatic lines, and equipment. Monitors and adjusts system parameters. Performs repairs, documentation, and inspections as required. Operates tools and interprets technical drawings. Follows environmental and safety regulations. Performs other duties as necessary. $28,777 - $37,410 Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience; preferred 4 years in preventive maintenance. Application Details
