About the Role:

The Store Manager position is a salaried role. The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and an Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads day-to-day store operations and teammate development, including selecting, coaching, and developing staff. This role supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and tire service centers, promoting products and services to guests. Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year - Based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Responsibilities

Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience. Help achieve sales goals by contributing to sales plans, product knowledge, and understanding of the automotive industry. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and loyalty. Support teammates in creating a productive sales environment through training and development of shop operations and guest services. Provide direction to other technicians and assist with services/repairs as needed. Ensure the store is effectively staffed by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and developing teammates. Control expenses through payroll, utilities, maintenance, supplies, and other controllable costs. Manage inventory, including pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking. Audit courtesy inspections and maintain store cleanliness to Monro standards. Schedule guest appointments and assign teammates based on skill for efficient service completion. inform and recommend tire and service products and promotions to meet sales goals. Address guest needs in sales, service, complaints, and adjustments; build guest relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. Convey repair and service needs to guests; adhere to company policies, governmental standards, environmental codes, and OSHA standards. Maintain technical knowledge through Monro University training modules; operate and maintain equipment safely per guidelines. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment. Proven ability to manage and deliver financial results while controlling costs. Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals; strong problem solving, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service skills. Effective communication with teammates and guests; complete all Monro required training within guidelines and timelines. Must possess a current valid driver’s license, a satisfactory MVR, and ability to operate customer vehicles for test drives. Profile Summary

Guest- and team-focused with experience in customer-facing environments. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical issues and prepare routine reports. Business-minded with drive to exceed goals; basic math skills to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages. Proactive multitasking in a fast-paced environment; ability to mentor teammates and resolve customer issues. Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This job operates in an automotive shop environment with moderate noise, varying weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required. Lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, and frequent reaching, bending, and kneeling are expected. Benefits
