Develop specific IT sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders Research and stay informed about industry and market trends, providing reports and recommendations Communicate effectively with internal customers to ensure IT contracts align with business strategies Oversee IT bid proposals and actively participate in negotiations with suppliers Conduct post-award and contract administration activities, including managing certificates of insurance and resolving contractual issues Qualifications
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in business, public administration, accounting, finance, purchasing, or supply chain management Previous state or public procurement experience Knowledge of State and Federal statutes and rules related to government procurement activities and contract administration Skills in effective negotiation techniques and conducting research and analysis Ability to interpret applicable laws, rules, policies, and procedures Preferred Qualifications
