Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to work in other areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage Be an Expert: understand processes and specifications related to quality of produce merchandise; prepare products according to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; respond to customer needs Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follow Open Door Policy Qualifications
