As a part of our produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness. You will be in the front-lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to work in other areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage Be an Expert: understand processes and specifications related to quality of produce merchandise; prepare products according to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; respond to customer needs Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; follow Open Door Policy Qualifications
