Madison, Beaver Dam, Rhinelander, or Marshfield
office locations on the
Public Works Service Line . This can be a full-time or part‑time depending on your availability and we are open to discuss scheduling preferences. Responsibilities The work you will do Commercial and residential building assistance/inspections Housing program assistance Willingness to travel locally to support clients Qualifications What you bring 1+ years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar required Valid driver’s license and vehicle required Wisconsin UDC required Strong written and verbal communication Ability to meet deadlines, act independently and be a team player Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided Pay ranges from $26 to $43 per hour, higher for experience.
