Building Inspector II
at the Madison, Beaver Dam, or Marshfield office locations on the Public Works Service Line. This can be a full‑time or part‑time position depending on your availability and we are open to discussing scheduling preferences.
Location: Madison, WI (open to Beaver Dam and Marshfield office locations).

Responsibilities
Commercial and residential building assistance/inspections.
Housing program assistance.
Willingness to travel locally to support client needs.
Qualifications
4 or more years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar experience required.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
Wisconsin UDC required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, act independently, and be an effective team player.
This position requires authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
The pay rate for this position ranges from $26 to $43 per hour commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
