What You'll Do Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.

Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CrowdStrike products and stay up-to-date on emerging trends in the security industry.

Support marketing efforts by developing technical materials such as whitepapers and solution briefs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.

What You'll Need Experience in the endpoint or network security space (AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.).

Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

Ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; acts as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for external audiences, including C-level executives.

Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references.

Strong understanding of MEDDIC-based sales processes and how to communicate technical solutions effectively.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Ability to travel as required.

Nice To Have Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.

Experience with programming or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies.

Experience with large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

Understanding of the OSI model.

Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $135,000 - $205,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
