What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing
Create processes for delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations
Handle escalations from team members to ensure optimal customer experiences
Collaborate with sales leaders to effectively support sales teams in delivering solutions
Demonstrate leadership skills to enable team success within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
Ability to travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
Knowledge of virtualization/VDI technologies
Experience with large‑scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS
