Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design tailored solutions Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback for the product roadmap Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience Experienced in endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, and SIEM Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives Preferred Qualifications
