Job Description Salary: $65k-75K

What You’ll Do
Plan, organize, and manage the daily and weekly production schedule to meet customer deadlines.
Create and maintain production work orders in the NetSuite ERP system.
Prepare and monitor purchase orders for raw materials such as foam, fiber, boxes, and packaging.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstock.
Partner with Production, Procurement, and Fulfillment to ensure materials flow efficiently through every stage.
Identify and help resolve bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts quickly.
Support order fulfillment operations during peak production periods.
Keep detailed records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
What You Bring
35 years of experience in production planning, supply-chain coordination, or manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive, problem-solving attitude you see challenges as opportunities.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
