What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide learning consulting services by engaging with stakeholders to identify and address learning and development needs

Oversee multiple learning projects, conducting needs analysis and defining measurable learning objectives

Identify and implement effective learning solutions using various methodologies, ensuring alignment with learning objectivesCommunicate and collaborate effectively with clients and project teams to achieve desired outcomes

Track and report on the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate metrics and data analysis

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee training, adult learning/instructional design, and project/stakeholder management

At least 2 years of experience in training or performance analysis

Proficiency with Articulate 360 suite and other authoring tools, as well as Microsoft Suite

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and project management tools

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of experience working in a global learning environment

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and additional LMS tools

Experience with storytelling and multimedia execution

Knowledge of Generative AI tools for content creation

Master’s degree in a related field
