What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop a thorough understanding of the employer’s business direction, mission, and operating strategies

Identify and prioritize potential accounts based on sales volume and project size

Engage with clients to determine the best product solutions for their needs

Maintain and update the CRM database with relevant customer and project information

Provide regular sales and market updates to regional and territory leaders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience

Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel overnight as required (30%)

Industry experience in flooring or related sectors

Strong writing and editing skills

Experience with project management

Familiarity with eco-innovation and sustainable practices in manufacturing
