Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to large field service businesses, developing solution roadmaps that leverage the employer’s end-to-end platform

Lead discussions with executive stakeholders to guide them towards sustainable growth and operational excellence

Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring engagement from enterprise prospects focused on measurable outcomes

Deliver product demonstrations and tailored solutions alongside Sales Engineers to position the employer as a market leader

Build and manage a pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of proven success in CRM, ERP, or SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding revenue targets

Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers to align software solutions with strategic objectives

Ability to lead high-level conversations with C-level decision-makers

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through in lengthy sales processes

Strong relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and credibility

Proven ability to remain composed and effective under pressure

Experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals and complex sales cycles
