Join EY to work as a ServiceNow Senior Consultant for IT Operations Management (ITOM) in a dynamic, globally connected environment. We help clients transform their processes and systems with agile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.

Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects covering design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.

Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore consultants.

Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops.

Support planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs in waterfall and agile models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.

Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum two of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations

Discovery

Event Management

Service Mapping

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver's license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.

Performance analytics and reporting experience.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
