Overview

General Manager – responsible for running a profitable McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role works closely with senior leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them. Responsibilities

Run a profitable restaurant and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Set restaurant goals, create plans, and lead the team to achieve objectives. Oversee Department Managers, setting their goals, coaching, and driving departmental improvements. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team. Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience managing high‑volume locations. Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail is acceptable. Must be 18 years or older. Benefits
