Walker is seeking a visionary, licensed clinician to step into a high‑impact leadership role as the Director of our Therapeutic After School Program (TASP) – a transformative initiative supporting youth enrolled in Department of Mental Health (DMH) services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead with Purpose: Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and direct care staff.

Drive Program Success: Oversee scheduling, logistics, and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Innovate Therapeutic Programming: Implement and train others in trauma‑informed care, CBT, and behavior management models.

Build Bridges: Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to create unified support systems.

Deliver Clinical Services: Provide direct care and consultation to youth and families.

Lead with Data: Monitor outcomes and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Shape the Future: Contribute to leadership committees and training initiatives that influence agency‑wide practices.

Required

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

Active clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, etc.) or expected to achieve within 6‑12 months of hire.

Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Preferred

5+ years of clinical and managerial experience in youth‑focused therapeutic settings.

Experience in budget management and program expansion.

Familiarity with clinical data systems and outcome tracking.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfort with both administrative tasks and hands‑on leadership.

Physical ability to perform MAP and TCI functions and attend off‑site meetings.
