Under limited supervision from a Senior Level Executive in Leadership Salary Grade M10 and above or Henry Ford Medical Group Chair, this role provides personal and administrative support services including preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects. Duties require a thorough knowledge of the supervisor's areas of responsibility to gather data, prepare reports, answer correspondence and conduct projects. All work is of a highly confidential nature.
Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Associate’s Degree in Business or Secretarial field preferred Skills & Abilities
Strong reading and writing skills for editing reports and drafting correspondence Ability to perform semi-complex arithmetic for reports and budget monitoring Proficient in recordkeeping and filing system management Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. with accuracy Skilled in using multiple software applications Experience
5–7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and operations Administrative Expertise
Able to arrange meetings and conferences independently Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Capable of managing correspondence and reports requiring discretion Interpersonal & Analytical Skills
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism Analytical skills to prepare special reports and manage complex administrative tasks Additional Information
