What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage workflows in Process Street, ensuring efficient task routing and form setup
Create and maintain visual guides and documentation to support users across departments
Assist in tracking workflow service level agreements (SLAs), backlog volumes, and metrics
Provide ad hoc data summaries for workflow performance reviews and updates
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or a technical field
2-4 years of experience in workflow coordination, operations, or process support
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar dashboard tools
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow management
Strong written communication skills for documentation and escalation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working independently across time zones
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
