Job Responsibilities
Manage workflows from setup through completion, ensuring task routing and submission logic function as intended
Create and maintain visual guides, cheat sheets, and walkthroughs for user support across departments
Assist in maintaining dashboards that track workflow SLAs, backlog volumes, and brand-level metrics
Provide ad hoc data summaries for weekly updates and workflow performance reviews
Identify friction points and opportunities for process simplification and automation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or a technical field
2-4 years of experience in workflow coordination, operations, or process support
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar dashboard tools
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow management
Strong written communication skills for documentation and escalation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in user enablement and training across departments
Familiarity with e-commerce operations and best practices
Ability to work independently across time zones
Detail-oriented mindset and self-motivated work ethic
