What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage workflows in Process Street from setup through completion, ensuring task routing and submission logic function correctly
Create and maintain visual guides and documentation to support users across departments
Assist in maintaining dashboards for tracking workflow SLAs, backlog volumes, and brand-level metrics
Provide data summaries for weekly updates and workflow performance reviews
Identify process improvement opportunities and friction points for simplification and automation
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or a technical field
2-4 years of experience in workflow coordination, operations, or process support
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar dashboard tools
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow management
Strong written communication skills in English for documentation and escalation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in user enablement and training
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Knowledge of e-commerce operations and best practices
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
