What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage workflows from setup through completion using Process Street, ensuring task routing and submission logic function as intended
Create and maintain visual guides, cheat sheets, and walkthroughs to support users across departments
Assist in maintaining dashboards that track workflow SLAs, backlog volumes, and brand-level metrics
Provide ad hoc data summaries to support weekly updates and workflow performance reviews
Identify friction points and opportunities for simplification and automation as the process improvement subject matter expert (SME)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or a technical field
2‑4 years of experience in workflow coordination, operations, or process support
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar dashboard tools for operational tracking
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow management
Strong written English communication skills, especially for documentation and escalation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in user enablement and supporting cross‑departmental workflows
Familiarity with data analysis techniques for operational performance tracking
Ability to work independently across time zones
A passion for e-commerce and operational excellence
