Description A Shift Manager leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring fast, accurate service and maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance during the shift, taking corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to enable a seamless transition.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
