Shift Manager – Franchisee Operated McDonald’s Restaurant We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our team and provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers. The Shift Manager ensures quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability during each shift.

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast and friendly experience for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

Planning for each shift and monitoring performance during the shift.

Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards and achieving shift targets.

Monitoring safety, security, and profitability.

Communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition.

Assisting departments in meeting their goals.

As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
