Salary: $15 – $18 per hour to start.
Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan shifts, monitor performance during the shift, take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them.
Help departments meet their goals and shift targets.
As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:
Food safety
Internal communication
Inventory management
Daily maintenance and cleanliness
Managing crew
Quality food production
Exceptional customer service
Safety and security
Scheduling
Training
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
