What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, ensuring project deliverables meet timelines and budget
Assist clients in leveraging Workday technology to enhance financial management capabilities
Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration
Provide guidance during various testing cycles of prototypes and assist with data conversion from legacy systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
CPA certification is required
Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the Workday Platform
3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience from other ERP systems
Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional lifecycles
Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior implementation partner experience
Workday implementation experience in a lead role in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials
Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
