Job Responsibilities
Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, ensuring project deliverables meet timelines and budget
Help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance finance, HR, and talent management capabilities
Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration
Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday
Qualifications
CPA certification is required
Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/FDM with the Workday Platform
3+ years of Workday Financials experience and 10-15 years of total Financials experience
Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional lifecycles
Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior implementation partner experience
Workday implementation experience in a lead role in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials
Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
