Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience to join their San Francisco office.
Estimated salary range:
$175,000–$245,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
2-5 years of traditional labor experience
Collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience
Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred
Candidates with some employment litigation will be considered
Strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service
JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Admission to the California Bar
